We are Glad to inform that TIERRA NUEVA FINE COCOA CHOCOLATE FACTORY is finishing up its assembling process and will be ready to supply you, Private Label or Industrial Chocolates, from Miami - FL, by April 15th, however if you may have an immediate inquire, we are ready to supply you out of our Brazilian Factory as well.

We are a very FLEXIBLE factory, designed to be at your service and work under your times and needs, all flavors, sizes, prices and categories (Kosher, Organic, Sugar Free and other certified items), the best combination for you, is the best combination for us, you just have to choose.

We have 130 years of chocolate tradition brought to our new factory by the expertise of The Cruz Family and also the machinery know-how from our sister company Meller that was responsible for the production of our state of the art equipments, all shipped our of Brazil, with Brand New Chocolate Manufacturing Technology, owned and patented by The Cruz family, that is already being sold world wide by licensed Germany company Netzsch.

In addition to our flexibility we are here in US, different from the majority of the Private Label producers that are located overseas, we are ready to supply you with an American Fresh product, made with the best selection of raw materials (Cocoa Butter, Liquor and Milk), if you may, you can chose the origin of the Cocoa Raw Materials as well as the Milk that will build up a stronger or mild taste to your chocolate, you can use your own formula or you can choose from our basic formulas, which we will be happy to send you some samples right away, upon your request.

Our production is Private Label and Industrial chocolate oriented and our prices are very competitive, besides you will not have to worry with :

- extra customs clearing costs,

- keeping a high inventory,

- delivery date for seasonal items (we can deliver promptly at your request) or

- overseas transportation … since we are already here in US !

Other advantages that you can get from being our partner, is that as our plant has a intensive technology use, it means low labor costs, besides our manufacturing process is environmentally friendly since generates energy and water savings.

The minimum runs are only 3 tons (2.200 lbs) per flavor and we also have a small ChocoEasy Machine that can make as small as 50 Kg (110Lbs) batches.
