The Bean : Where it all starts
The seeds of the cacao tree, which grows only in the heat of the equatorial forest, have an intense bitter taste; there are three different species of cocoa tree:
Criollo, is very fragile however the King among the variety we have, has a unique aroma and delicate taste.
Forastero, is the stronger one is very easy to grow therefore is produced largely and have a strong aroma.
Trinitario, is a blend of the above ones, has a strong at the same time refined aroma and is easy to cultivate.
