Habits can be difficult to break, but if you focus on breaking habits that are detrimental to your well-being and which you know are detrimental to your well-being, you should find it easier to do. The most common habits that we all tend to form are those around money, food, and sex. There are other habits such as television watching or excessive gaming. For example, if you used to smoke a lot, you may need to try to cut down to once per week or so. If your habit was to talk on the phone incessantly, you may need to limit the time that you do this.
